Precision Standards International (PSI) was founded by Charles L. Moore, P.E. in 1985. Mr. Moore started the business to provide quality lab calibrations for the engineering communities in Florida. In 2006 Mr. Moore's sons, David A. Moore, P.E. and Michael C. Moore took over the running of the business.
PSI is known throughout the industry of quality industrial calibrations and repairs which it continues to provide for it's clients, both in the U.S. and abroad. PSI also provides clients with load tests for such things as industrial clamps, helicopter torsion tubes and air craft engine test bed anchors, all of which are supervised and reported by a licensed Professional Engineer. Current clients range from Concrete Producers, Construction Materials Labs, Pharmacies, and a variety of manufactures, Universities to Ship Yards and the Military.
A wide range of equipment from 1.8 million pound load frames to precision gauge blocks are used in providing superior calibration and repair services.
